Meditation has traditionally been a way of achieving both mental and physical excellence, a harmony of the mind and the body. It was an indispensable part of the samurai training and warrior practices in many ancient cultures in the East and the West.
With all the stress, deadlines, competitiveness and negativity that surrounds us, our life today resembles of battlefield more than ever before. To stand up for your peace of mind and protect your sovereignty of thoughts you need sharp focus, discipline, and willpower – the traits of a warrior in spirit. The surest way to develop them is meditation and self-enquiry.
If you tried to meditate before and struggled with it, or even started to believe that you ‘can’t meditate’ – but not prepared to give up easily, our weekly training group will be a perfect fit for you. We practice a unique approach that is much easier to understand and adopt for the Western mind, based on the forgotten traditions of Western meditation.

Our Western Meditation group is a community of like-minded people who meet once a week to train together under the guidance of an experienced teacher. The training consists of both the mental and the physical part, including yoga postures, correct breathing, the use of voice, and learning how to meditate step by step. The classes are followed by a free Q&A session where you can have your questions answered, so you can get more clarity and progress faster.
